Morrison Sund would like to welcome Michael J. Murphy and Patrick Knight.  Michael Murphy joins the firm as a principal and will continue his corporate practice and brings over 20 years of legal and business experience.  Mr. Murphy serves as general and special counsel to companies ranging from start-up/emerging companies to established businesses providing advice in the areas of corporate and business law, government contracts law, international business transactions, and commercial disputes.  Patrick Knight has over 15 years of business and legal experience, Mr. Knight provides counsel to companies in the areas of corporate and business law, construction law, bankruptcy, turnaround situations, and issues surrounding family businesses.

After twenty years, founding partner David R. Fenske has accepted a position as Executive Vice President of Business and Legal for long-time client Dayton Rogers Manufacturing Company.  Dave is excited about this new challenge and will be missed at Morrison Sund.
