
Bradley J. Ayers, Principal
Brad is a trial lawyer, specializing in the areas of product liability, premises liability, insurance and construction litigation. He defends corporations and insurers in a variety of matters involving wrongful death, personal injury and property damage nationwide. Brad's product liability practice is wide ranging: he has defended such products as industrial equipment, automated controls, domestic appliances, medical devices and food and beverage contamination claims. Brad has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in State and Federal court.
Brad graduated from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota in 1983. He received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1988. Brad was a partner with Flynn, Gaskins & Bennett before joining Morrison Fenske & Sund.
Brad is a member of the Product Liability Committee for the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Institute. He is also a member of the Minnesota, Wisconsin and Hennepin County Bar Associations. Brad is qualified as a mediator under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of General Practice. He has received a preeminent rating of "AV" from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by Minnesota Law and Politics.
