Brian M. Sund, Principal
Brian was awarded his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 1988, and served as a staff member of the William Mitchell Law Review from 1986-1987. He completed his undergraduate studies at University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire with honors in 1983. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and US Federal District Court. Brian served as law clerk to The Honorable Patrick W. Fitzgerald (Hennepin County District Court) in 1988-1989.
Brian limits his practice to commercial litigation. His clients include nationally-known title insurance companies, real estate developers, home builders and hospitality concerns. He specializes in insurance defense and construction/development litigation. He is a member of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association.
