Dana A. Dullum, Associate
Dana received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1998. He completed his undergraduate studies magna cum laude at the University of North Dakota in 1994.
Dana focuses his practice in the areas of real estate (commercial real estate transactions, leases, and common interest communities), corporate/business (mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiation) and finance (commercial loan documentation and private placements). He is licensed to practice in Minnesota and federal courts.
