Jackson concentrates his practice in the field of complex litigation, primarily in antitrust, unfair competition and consumer protection matters.  Jackson has represented plaintiffs and plaintiff classes in multidistrict litigation class actions involving claims of anticompetitive conduct, unfair business practices, and consumer fraud. Jackson was awarded his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2003.  He completed his undergraduate studies magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2000.  During law school, Jackson was a member of the Intellectual Property Moot Court and served as a student attorney for the University of Minnesota Law School Bankruptcy Clinic.  He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Minnesota.  In his spare time, Jackson enjoys playing golf, tennis and road biking.

In re Lawnmower Engines Horsepower Marketing & Sales Practices Litigation (MDL. No. 1999, E.D. Wis.) (consumer fraud, civil conspiracy and unjust enrichment claims against manufacturers of lawn mowers and lawn mower engines).

In re NCAA Student-Athlete Name & Licensing Litigation(antitrust and right of publicity claims on behalf of former NCAA Division I basketball and football players against the NCAA, Collegiate Licensing Company, and Electronic Arts).

Pastor Benjamin A. Johnson, et al v. The Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, et al (D. Minn.) (breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty on behalf of retired pastors and church employees against the ELCA and the ELCA Board of Pensions).

In re Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Litigation(N.D. Cal.)(price-fixing claims against manufacturers of cathode ray tubes).

In re Electronic Books Antitrust Litigation(nationwide class action claiming that Apple Inc. and five of the nation’s top publishers, including HarperCollins Publishers, Hachette Book Group, Macmillan Publishers, Penguin Group Inc. and Simon & Schuster Inc. illegally fix prices of electronic books).

In re Iowa Ready-Mix Concrete Antitrust Litigation(N.D. Iowa) (price-fixing and market allocation claims against concrete producers in the state of Iowa)
