James F. Morrison, Principal
Jim Morrison is one of the founding partners of the firm. He was awarded his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 1984. He completed his undergraduate studies at St. Thomas University in 1980. He is admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota.
Jim represents clients involved in a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, ranging from single use sites to multi-location sale and securitization. His is a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and the Real Property Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Jim has developed a broad network of commercial real estate development clients. He is an active member of the Eden Prairie Rotary and formerly served as a court referee for Hennepin County.
