Maret R. Olson, Associate
Maret received her JD from the University of Illinois in 1993, graduating cum laude, where she was also Notes Editor for The Elder Law Journal. She completed her undergraduate work at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She is admitted to practice in Illinois (1993), Minnesota (1995), and the Federal District Court, District of Minnesota (1995), and clerked for the Honorable Edward W. Bearse, (Anoka County District Court) from 1993 to 1995.
Maret practices in the litigation group. She is an experienced trial lawyer, and has handled both corporate and real estate litigation matters, including closely-held corporation and partnership dissolutions, employment law claims, contract disputes, boundary disputes, mechanics lien actions, zoning appeals, and quiet tile actions.
