We recently handled the acquisition and development of an industrial site that was subject to environmental concerns. We collaborated with our client to negotiate a purchase agreement, address environmental, zoning and title matters, complete architectural and construction documents, prepare an operating agreement and other organizational documents that provided for a company manager and investors who received monthly preferred returns from the project, negotiate lease agreements for tenants operating at the property, negotiate construction loan documents, and complete an escrow closing with a national title insurance company.
  • Loans/Financing. We represent lenders who require documents for special financing arrangements that are not appropriately addressed by pre-printed forms.
  • Deeds, Easements, and Other Property Agreements. We advise clients regarding the appropriate use of deeds, easements, licenses, and other types of real estate agreements.
