Kaitlin F. Eisler, Attorney

Katie focuses her practice on corporate formation, succession planning, real estate, and providing general legal counsel to closely-held businesses.  As part of the Corporate and Business Law Department at Morrison Sund PLLC, she works closely with companies of various sizes, providing advice on the areas of ownership structure, entity formation, business transaction, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions and ownership succession and transition. Katie is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, and Minnesota Women Lawyers.

Katie received her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA, and her law degree, summa cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law (now known as Mitchell Hamline School of Law). While at William Mitchell, she served as both a staff member and Executive Editor of the William Mitchell Law Review, her team won second place at the Kansas City Regional Transactional Lawyering Competition, and she was a finalist for the William Mitchell Student Award of Merit.

In her spare time, Katie enjoys reading, cooking, golfing, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her family and friends, especially at her family's cabin.
