Robyn L. Ingber, Attorney

As a member of the Trust and Estate group at Morrison Sund, PLLC, Robyn’s practice is devoted to estate planning, probate and trust administration, charitable and tax planning.

Robyn enjoys working with individuals and families in all stages of life to achieve their goals through thoughtful and efficient planning. Whether drafting wills, revocable trusts, or other complex planning instruments, Robyn works with clients to make sure they understand each aspect of their plan. She also appreciates the opportunity to guide clients through the probate or trust administration process, understanding the emotional difficulty that loved ones often face when taking on those roles.

Robyn has experience assisting clients in drafting wills, revocable trusts, financial powers of attorney, health care directives (living wills), and beneficiary designations for life insurance and retirement plans.  She also works with people to plan and implement trusts for children or grandchildren, supplemental and special needs trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs), grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), intentionally defective grantor trusts (IDGT’s), and various types of charitable trusts.

Robyn began her legal career as an estate planning attorney in the 2008 after graduating from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to joining Morrison Sund, PLLC, Robyn spent 4 years as a Relationship Manager at a corporate fiduciary in Minneapolis, giving her a unique perspective on how a will or trust’s language affects how it will eventually be administered.  Robyn is also an alumna of the University of Kansas and proud Jayhawk basketball fan. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, and Hennepin County Bar Association (Probate and Trust Law Sections). Robyn is a regular presenter on estate planning and administration topics, having presented at the annual Probate and Trust Law conference, and is a guest contributor to the estate planning blog Epilawg. Robyn also serves on the Cornerstone Montessori Elementary school board in East St. Paul, MN.

A native Oklahoman, Robyn enjoys exploring Minnesota’s many lakes with her husband, two children, and Golden Retriever. She is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and relishes trying the vast selection of restaurants in the Twin Cities. She founded a cooking club to cultivate her own home chef skills.
